On July 27, 2020, Arash Sadat, Esquire, of Sadat Law Group, wrote a “Cease and Desist” letter to Clarke Fitzsimmons. In the letter, he called Clarke a liar but threatened legal action if Clarke shared all or part of that letter with a third party so it is not posted here.
Another attorney from the Sadat Law Group, Brie Mills, then wrote a text message to Clarke wanting to set up a call between the parties to discuss Clarke’s recent posts. This was the initial request for the contact between the two parties. Later, Brie would claim Clarke was requesting the meeting.
