While Lee was alerted in 2017 that his dating app listed him as “Negative” when in fact that does not appear to have been accurate; a year later in 2018 Lee was still holding himself out as “Negative”.

In May 2017, about one week after Lee Stobby told Clarke he was “positive” and Clarke had to start taking medication which made him quite sick, Clarke sent a text to Lee when he saw on the dating apps that Lee was in his neighborhood partying.

On July 27, 2020,  Arash Sadat,  Esquire, of Sadat Law Group, wrote a “Cease and Desist” letter to Clarke Fistzsimmons.  In the letter, he called Clarke a liar but threatened legal action if Clarke shared all or part of that letter with a third party so it is not posted here.
